I called Express Appliance Services the day after Thanksgiving since my washer stopped working. Aram came to my home the same day within hours to diagnose the problem with my washer. He explained everything to me very well. He also checked my dryer since it wasn’t working that well. Aram was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He didn’t charge me for the diagnostic and gave me a recommendation of which brand of washer and dryer I should buy. Very honest man!!! I would call him again, recommend him to anyone and won’t forget his kindness!!

Excellent service! I will definitely use him again for all my appliance repair needs! He ordered my part quickly, replied quickly, came out the next day, texted with me about arrival time, explained everything to me, was so so kind and personable, and did extra maintenance on my washer for free!
