Friday before Memorial Day weekend, dead fridge. Called another repair service, confirmed service call, serviceman cancelled the call because I did not respond immediately to his call an hour later than the appt. Called Aram about 4pm Friday, he was on site within an hour. Returned on Monday, Memorial Day, to replace the compressor ( we had a 2nd fridge to get us by). Followed up with a phone call 3 hours later to check on fridge, and insisted I call him at 8 pm to report progress. Perfect repair. BTW, this was a Kenmore Elite, Sears said their earliest appt was one week.
